One thing I really wanted to find this year was some good and affordable denim and I could not be more thrilled with the selection of affordable denim in the sale this year! I’m sharing some splurge styles as well for those of you who love premium denim. Personally, I like to invest in classic styles that I know I’ll have for a long time and buy affordable trendy styles. NSALE Picks Under $50

Whew, yesterday was a whirlwind and I still sort of feel “off” after pulling an all-nighter. Does that mean I’m getting old? haha Thank you so much for your support through all of the crazy-ness with the Nordstrom site being down yesterday. I am excited to round up a few of my favorite clothes under $50! That is probably my most requested. I will be sharing shoes later, but be sure to watch my insta-stories later today where I will share a few of them that have come in. I’ll be putting it all in a post for you once they all arrive. I know most of you are shopping public access, so I hope these posts will be great resources to come back to and shop from once public access begins on July 20th.

Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2018 Early Access

The most anticipated sale of the year is finally here for cardholders! That’s right! The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2018 Early Access has officially started and I stayed up all night rounding up all of my first-look favorites for you in this post. Now, pass the coffee! I will share Athleisure, Shoes, Kids clothes and Accessories in more detailed posts throughout the week as well as a try-on post the first day the sale opens to the public (July 20th) and I will of course be sharing my purchases as they come in on Instagram. We are just two weeks away from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2018! Some have referred to the sale as the “big Kahuna” and there is really good reason for that. It is basically amazing if you are into fall fashion. Really, all fashion, but the sale does focus on brand new fall items that haven’t even hit the store yet, with some marked down up to 40% off – hence the “big Kahuna” reference. This is one to prepare for and definitely take advantage of. Let me answer a few questions about the sale and why you should shop it this year…

Striped Jumpsuit Styled Three Ways

I don’t own a ton of jumpsuits, but when I tried this one on last week while we were in Jacksonville, I fell in love. Do you ever put on something and immediately think of ten different ways you could wear it? This striped jumpsuit did that for me. I could have styled it many more ways and will give you more ideas, but for today, I am sharing the jumpsuit styled three ways! I also really love it by itself like I shared in this post earlier this week!

When it comes to fashion, my taste is all over the place. Depending on my mood, I may be wearing Lilly Pulitzer one day and Free People the next. I don’t like to put boundaries or limitations on it because it is very much how I express myself and I think it’s important to keep an open mind when it comes to different styles. This jumpsuit can go from date night to running errands and from summer to fall with a few transitional pieces and I really love that about it.

While we were in Jacksonville last week, Ryan and I got away for a couple of hours and went out for coffee and did a little shopping. When in Jacksonville, we always make a point to go to Nordstrom because we do not live near one. It’s always a lot of fun seeing the brands and things that I’ve been eyeing online, in person. I also like being able to try things on to see how they fit. This trip was a successful one and there are so many cute things in the store right now. I was on a major budget because I am already saving for the Anniversary Sale next month, but it was not a completely wasted trip. I tried on a few things in the Nordstrom dressing room that were too adorable not to snag. Now, on to the try-on!
