This has been a highly requested post by some of my IG followers and friends, so I am super excited to share this year’s Valentine’s day gift guide with you! I tend to struggle with Valentine’s Day because it is so soon after Christmas and Ryan and I don’t typically exchange gifts…other than candy. haha I never refuse candy! I have a hard time thinking of anything I really want or need this time of year, but I hope that you find some goodies to add to your wish list below! Feel free to send all husbands and boyfriends to this post! 😉
Amazon Prime Gift Guide for the Last Minute Shopper
Where are my last minute shoppers at? I am right there with you! I still have a couple more things to grab before I am officially finished. Thank goodness for Amazon Prime, right? I asked you guys who you are still shopping for in my insta-stories over the weekend and you overwhelmingly said the men. This amazon prime gift guide has a few things for everyone on your list but I put a few extra ideas for the men in there for you! I tried to choose a couple of things for the traveler, hunter, tech guy, etc. I hope this is helpful and you find some great ideas for your loved ones!
Teacher Gifts
Does anyone else stress over teacher gifts? I try not to, but I tend to be pretty last minute with these. Oops. I am hoping to be a little more on top of it this year, so I am rounding up a few things that I came across that would make great gifts for a teacher! Of course, the number one thing I am told by my teacher friends is that they love gift cards most of all. Gift cards are so helpful to them and let’s be honest, our teachers are really underpaid – especially considering all they do. Gift cards help make up for some of that. I normally like to gift a mug or notepad along with a gift card. A little something to open along with their gift card just seems so perfect for showing our sweet teachers how much we appreciate them!
Sensory Gift Ideas
A sweet friend of mine contacted me with the idea of putting together a guide for kids who struggle with Sensory Processing Disorder or other sensory issues and I thought it was an awesome idea! I can not take one bit of credit for this one because she picked all of these sensory gift ideas out after learning and going through her own experiences with one of her sons and OT. I absolutely love the idea of buying children any of these items rather than a toy that will clutter the playroom even more than it already is. Many of these would benefit any child. I absolutely love some of these ideas for my kids!
Gift Ideas for New and Expecting Moms
As an expecting mom for the 4th time, I thought it would be fun to put together a gift guide for my fellow new and expecting moms! This is such a fun and special time but can also be difficult, emotional and stressful. I know, I get it. Of course, I think the number one gift most new moms want is the gift of free babysitting, a nap, or a cleaning lady. Am I right? BUT, if you aren’t into those types of gifts, I have put together a great list of gift ideas that I own and love or things that are currently on my wishlist that any and every mom would love!
Gift Ideas for New and Expecting Moms:
Stocking Stuffers for the Family
Stocking stuffers are possibly my favorite gifts to buy for Christmas! I love to get random but useful things for my family, or sneak big (little) surprises into their stockings so that just when they things they are finished opening gifts, there is still a big surprise waiting for them. I am sharing ideas for the entire family below, but be sure to check back because I am always finding more and adding to these guides! I hope you find some great goodies for the people you love most!
Stocking Stuffers for Her:
Gift Guide for Men
When I asked who you guys have the hardest time shopping for, the men by far took the lead. I hear you, because I always have a harder time with the men. For example, every year, I ask Ryan what he wants for Christmas and I always get the same response: “I don’t know. I don’t really need anything.” Which is true and I am thankful for that, but still. It makes it so hard to shop for him and all the other men in my life. This year, I found some really great options – all approved by Ryan! Most are affordable and available via prime or free shipping which is a huge bonus if you are like me and hate paying for shipping. I hope this year’s gift guide for men is helpful. Be sure to check back as I will always be adding things as I see them!
Gift Ideas for the Girly Girl
I feel like this is everyone’s favorite gift guide every year because everyone loves to shop for their best gals…or themselves. haha I tried to find the best gift ideas for the ladies, but I am sure I will add more to the as I see things throughout the season. I’m told it’s still “early” for Christmas, but I’m not sure what they mean by that. 😉 I did take a poll and most of you said you were already starting to shop for Holiday gifts, so I hope this is a helpful resource to you. I did include very budget-friendly options as well as a few splurge items that I have tried and loved like the T3 Micro Whirl Trip and my favorite J.Crew Coat as well as one of your favorites every year – the Barefoot Dreams Cardigan! They are so worth the splurge. Be sure to follow along on Instagram for sale alerts throughout the season as well. I like to share lots of sales there.
Toddler Gift Guide: Over 100 Gifts for Kids Ages 1 to 5
This toddler gift guide is one of my most popular gift guides every year. Who doesn’t love to buy for children on Christmas? It is the joy of our little ones that makes the gift giving so fun on Christmas morning, isn’t it? Seeing their faces light up makes me so happy. Something we are teaching our children is to enjoy giving gifts to other children in need even more than they like to receive them. This is a hard concept for a young child, but I believe the more we practice it, the more they will learn from it and start to understand.
I decided to post this guide first so that you can go ahead and know what toys are on the “hot list” this year and go ahead and start grabbing what you need for your children, but I also want to encourage you to buy one (or more) for other children in need this year! Let’s get to it!
Stocking Stuffers
I can’t believe we are just 5 days away from Christmas! Are you ready? I have finished my shopping but still have a lot of wrapping to do! I also bought all the groceries for all the dishes we will make for our family parties and Christmas day! I am excited to try some new and some tried and true recipes this year. What I’m most looking forward to is time with family! So many of them we do not get to see often, and I am excited to catch up with everyone! Today, I am sharing some stocking stuffers for the woman in your life! If you select expedited shipping, it will get to you in time for Christmas Eve!
