It’s almost time for the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale! Who’s ready to shop? We are one week away from shopping day (for early access shoppers) and I am getting so excited! I thought today would be the perfect day to go ahead and post my first look favorites to make things easier for you to shop. You can go ahead and click on the items you know you want and add them to your wishlist to shop quickly and easily. I’ve already been adding things to my personal wish list! Here are my Nordstrom Anniversary Sale favorites:
It is almost time for the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2020 which is by far my favorite sale of the year! I have always saved and planned ahead for this sale in order to snag some of my favorite brands at a discounted price and stock up on all of my favorite fall basics. This year, the sale will be slightly different than previous years, however you will still be able to find designer brands on sale and save on your favorite fall finds! I will be sharing try ons and all of my picks from the sale on my blog, Instagram (and Insta Stories) and my newsletter, so be sure to follow along for all the deals!
Every year, Nordstrom puts their brand new fall and winter items on major sale (usually around 40% off) for a limited time before they go back up in price for the season. Everything sells out so fast, so be sure to add everything to your cart and check out very quickly. That is key.
The Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2020 opens to the public August 19th – August 30th! Prices go back up on August 31st. You can shop the sale early if you have been approved for a Nordstrom Card. If you are approved to shop the sale, Early Access begins August 13th – August 18th! That means you get to shop the sale a whole week early! I highly recommend getting a Nordstrom Card (apply HERE) in order to shop the sale during Early Access because things sell out so quickly. Bonus: If you sign up and get approved for a card then make a purchase you will receive a $60 note (credit) to shop the #NSALE!
This year Nordstrom is putting all of the Anniversary sale items on their website for you to preview them instead of doing a catalogue! This will allow you to add the items you want to your wish list and allow you to check out much faster the day you can shop the sale! I highly recommend doing this to save time and help ensure you get the items you want. The preview will be live THIS FRIDAY July 24th!
This is the only sale where they where everything is 100% brand new inventory that you can purchase before the season even begins at a discounted price. You can also score brand names and designer labels on SALE! Think: brand new Tory Burch fall items up to 40% off! You will be able to score the season’s hottest jeans, boots, jackets and more all at a discounted price. Trust me, if there is ever a sale to shop, this is the one.
I will be doing my personal shopping on Nordstrom.com this year, however, if you live near a store, you can do that as well. I have shopped both in store and online in the past and have found that there is so much more online, so I prefer that option. I highly recommend bookmarking my blog so you can come here and shop all of my picks quickly and easily without sifting through pages and pages. I will also be sharing lots of collages and favorites in the LIKEtoKNOWit app so make sure you are following me along there as well as Instagram! I will be posting a try on in my Insta Stories as soon as I get my goodies as well. Which ever option you choose, I recommend you shop quickly and check out fast. That is key in this sale because things sell out right before your eyes.
Shop early, shop quickly and shop smart! I always do a closet inventory of items I need for fall (ex. leggings, jeans, cardigans, workout clothes, boots, etc.) and make sure that I grab those first. I try to buy the things that I know I will need and wear a lot throughout the season but don’t want to pay full price for. I highly, highly recommend applying for the Nordstrom card ASAP so that you can shop the sale early! Apply HERE!

I haven’t shared Amazon finds in a while, but I have ordered so many random things during quarantine and thought I’d share some! Amazon has been a life saver lately and so convenient.
These sunglasses and the cutest vintage style! I love the style and they are so affordable!
We ordered this mosquito lantern a few weeks ago and it has worked so well. We have used it on our back porch and have had a positive experience with it. It’s so low maintenance and I love the look of it.
Folex carpet spot cleaner has been a game changer! I have gotten so many stains out of my rugs, chairs, couch, etc. I use it with these rags and have had great results!
The beach bag is so cute and comes in several sayings.
The make-up cleaning pad is something I just ordered and have not used yet. My brushes need a scrub down, so I’m excited to get it in and use it!
The fabric defuzzer is on my wish list but it has great reviews and I know others who have it and love it!
The electric lighter is also on my wish list! It looks so chic and I’ve been wanting to try it out!

I recently ordered this game and it is so fun! It’s easy to play (my oldest two can play it) and is great for family game nights!
I love these simply modern tumblers! I love that they come with a lid and straw! They make getting to my daily water goal so much easier!
These eye masks have been a new found favorite! I’ve tried to up my beauty/skincare during this time of staying at home more and I have really loved using these once or twice a week.
These flip flops are another favorite. I’ve worn them so much and they are very comfortable but also go with everything!
We are just over one week away from Father’s day, so I am rounding up Fathers day gifts from Target, Nordstrom and of course – Amazon! I am all about that prime life and tend to order things so last minute, so Amazon prime is there for me every. single. time. This is such a crazy world we are living in with the coronavirus in full swing. I hope you all stay at home and stay safe during this uncertain time. Since we have been stuck at home for over a month, I have had to get creative with a good home workout routine. I always start shopping for swimsuits early in the year because the good ones sell out FAST! I have already seen some of these sell out and restock once, so I recommend shopping earlier rather than later. All of these swimsuits have good coverage and are great options for those of us who spend most of our time chasing toddler around the pool. HA! Is anyone else is crazy organization mode in there house this month? I feel like every January I start cleaning and organizing everything and it feels so good. This year it has been overwhelming with our move. We still have stuff everywhere…both ours and some of my grandparent’s things that we are slowly but surely taking care of and finding place for. It’s been an overwhelming process, but I am so proud of the progress we are making and can’t wait to see it continue to come together. We start our big kitchen renovation next month and will be replacing the floors in the entire downstairs, so for now, I am focusing on organizing our bedroom closets and bathrooms. Label maker – You can be super fancy like me and just use tape and a sharpie, or you can make your things looks very nice with this label maker. It is so affordable and worth every penny if you have a lot of labeling to do.
Sippy Cup Organizer – Keep those cups nice and neat in your cabinets with this organizer!
Pan Organizer – Another good one for the kitchen. I love this pan shelf organizer to easily grab the pan you need instead of your cabinets being a mess (like mine tend to be)
Storage Box – This is actually in my cart. I need about 100 of these at the moment. They are perfect for organizing arts and crafts or photos!
Luggage Organizers – If you travel a lot, these are great for organizing your luggage and so affordable!
Laundry Organizing Hamper – I actually have one of these and LOVE it! It makes organizing our laundry so easy.
Hanging Jewelry Organizer – I need one of these at the moment. My jewelry is a hot mess. I love that this one hangs and you can easily see and grab what you need.
Car Caddy – I love this for keeping extra diapers and wipes, toys and snacks organized in the car. It would be great to have in time for our spring and summer travels! Here is another more affordable option that I love!
Hanging Clothes Organizer – I love that this clothes organizer is labeled by days of the week! It would make laying out the kid’s clothes so easy! You could also use it for homework or daily crafts and projects.
Drawer Organizers – I am grabbing some of these for our bathroom drawers!
Large Baskets – I have a few random baskets scattered through our house that I use to throw blankets in or toys. They are very useful when you have babies and small children. This one is very affordable!
Makeup Bag – I have this in pink and love it. I bought it a year ago and it has been one of my favorite purchases from last year. It is great for traveling and organizing your makeup.
Dry-Erase Calendar – I love that this calendar is magnetic making it perfect for your fridge! These are great for planning your week!
Playroom Organizer for Toys – I love this option for organizing toys! It is also under $50 making it a very affordable option.
Makeup Caddy – This is on my wish list! It is a great way to organize your makeup and other skincare products.
Over the Cabinet Styling Tool Organizer – This is a perfect way to organize your hair dryer and curling irons!
