A Week of Milestones
This week, my kids have all had big milestones! Sophie turned TWO on Monday! I can’t believe my baby girl is two. It doesn’t seem right. My baby boy turned 6 months on Wednesday. How has it already been half a year? And my Hampton had his end of the year spring program at school yesterday! He did great! Did you catch my video on IG stories? We were SO proud and made fools of ourselves ooo-ing and ahh-ing over him the entire performance while also videoing and taking a million photos. It was hilarious.

Mother’s Day Gift Guide
Mother’s Day is right around the corner and if you haven’t ordered mom anything, now’s the time to do it! Trust me, don’t try to wait last minute. Two years in a row, our gifts haven’t come in on time because of us (cough, me) procrastinating. So this year, I have made sure to order everything in plenty of time (I hope). I tried to choose a something for every mom of all different ages, but couldn’t resist throwing a few of my favorite things from my wish list in the mix. One of my favorite stores is having a huge sale that opened today to the public! Shopbop’s event of the season sale is a great excuse to snatch up some of those designer pieces you’ve had your eye on for spring and summer! Spring Break Essentials
We leave on our spring break trip in less than a week and we are excited to get away for a few days! I am so looking forward to that Florida sunshine and warm weather! It is going to be cold here again this week, so I am praying we don’t get sick again after having a really warm week last week. Love this Alabama weather, let me tell you! The beach is calling my name!

I took this photo a couple of weeks ago not even thinking about the big Shopbop sale, but I’m glad I did because this tunic is a favorite of mine and it is on sale today! I love this sale because I can pick up amazing pieces from brands I couldn’t afford to buy otherwise. I have already been shopping this morning and can’t wait to show you what I bought and some other favorites! You guys know how much I love to shop a good sale. Right now, everything is on sale. Valentine’s Day Gift Guide
Who doesn’t love Valentine’s day? Any day I get to celebrate my love is a good day in my book! Plus, there is normally a date night which is rare for us these days and a box of chocolates of flowers included which is double awesome! Really, though I have always loved Valentin’s day because my mom always made it special for us growing up and I remember always having a brown paper bag in my classroom growing up and we would all bring special Valentine’s to all of our friends at school. It was so fun and I always loved reading them and even saved them for a long time until I was a borderline V-day hoarder.
I love putting together gift guides because it gives me a good excuse to do a little online shopping and perusing! I have put together some of my favorite gifts for Valentine’s day. Personally, we normally keep it simple, but if you are more of a diamond girl/guy shopping for your girl, then go for it! Otherwise, this list is for you!
Cyber Monday Deals and Picks
I LOVE shopping the holiday sales! This year,I did most of mine online, but I did get out with the crowds a little bit on black Friday and got some great deals! It is a family tradition for all the girls to go Black Friday shopping and I am not one to break traditions. Before Black Friday, I had not bought any presents and now I only lack two and a few Santa gifts for my kids. Autumn SHOPBOP Sale
Fall has finally hit the south, although, it isn’t going to last. Tomorrow the temps are supposed to get back up to 90 degrees, but it will cool off again after that. We have enjoyed the cooler weather and a lot of play time outside this week. It has been so nice getting out more and not feeling like I am about to melt. 2016 Labor Day Sales and Picks
This is one of my favorite weekends of the year, not only does Ryan have the day off making it a long weekend for us, there are always great Labor Day Sales! I love to shop sales because I hate paying full price for anything. I love to find a good deal. That’s half the fun of shopping, isn’t it? I rarely pay full price for anything, so I like to rack up on sale weekends.
