Our new neighborhood pool opened up back in March, but it has only been warm enough to swim for about a month now. We have already taken the kids a few times and will basically be living there this summer. What better way to keep the kids busy and catch some sun rays than by enjoying a family swimming day? I get questions all the time about what I keep in my pool bag, so I thought it would be fun to share with you guys today!

I usually keep my pool bag in the back of my car so I don’t have to worry about having towels and things when we decide to go for a last minute swim. I do bring it in to refill it with clean towels and clothes. I also always bring fresh snacks and classic Coca-Colas! The other day, when I stopped by CVS to pick up my vitamins, I grabbed a few ice cold Cokes and a Diet Coke for our pool day, and noticed that Share a Coke is back with over 1,000 new Share a Coke names! Not only do they have first names on them, they also have last names! How fun is that? Unfortunately, I could not find a “Logan,” so I was “Rebecca” for the day, and my husband did find a “Ryan” Diet Coke® so he was excited about that! Nothing screams summertime and pool days more than an ice cold Coke. When I do drink sodas, a classic Coca-Cola is always my choice. I guess I get it from my grandmother because for as long as I can remember, she has always ordered a “Coke” every time we go out to eat and she keeps them stocked in her refrigerator! It is the first thing I am offered when I go to their house for a visit! When I am laying by the pool I love to read and have my Coca-Cola by my side. Of course, these days, reading basically never occurs at the pool anymore because I have three babies to watch and splash around with.

I love picking up a few extra Coca-Colas when I see names of our friends or family! It is exciting to find the name of someone you know and it makes their day a little brighter when you Share an Ice Cold Coke with them that happens to have their name on it!
