Friday Favorites

Happy Friday! We have had a really long week, but a good one. The kids have been exceptionally good (I feel like Ashton Kutcher is about to pop out at any moment) and the older two are going to their grandparent’s house this weekend so Ryan, Weston and I can go on a quick road trip to ATL to shop at IKEA! It will be my first time at IKEA and I am pretty excited about it! I mayyy try to talk Ryan into stopping by Nordstrom while we are there, but I haven’t broken that news to him yet…it may be a “on the way last minute decision to stop”…unless he is reading this.

So, now for some Friday favorites…

ONE

TWO

I bought the cutest little sandals for Sophie this week and I am kind of obsessed with them! I am getting all kinds of excited for our trip to Florida in less than two weeks!

THREE

I’ve been trying extra hard to give encouragement to people who really need it, and I must say, I have also received a lot of encouragement this week! It has been so wonderful and a lot of it has come from you guys, so thank you! As a mother, I think it is so important to encourage one another because it is the hardest job there is, and I have found that a lot of moms are tired, feel guilt, are stressed, constantly question themselves and we all need that extra encouragement or friend telling us that we are doing a great job.

FOUR

Have you been watching This Is Us? Y’all. That show has me in tears every single week! It is emotional but oh, so good! If you haven’t watched it yet, you need to. Season one is almost over and I am actually dreading the ending because I look forward to it every week.

FIVE

And speaking of television…Who do you think Nick is going to give his final rose to? I have been pulling for Vanessa and Raven since the beginning, so I’m torn. I honestly am not a huge fan of Nick, so I’m not too into it this time around. I love Raven and her laid back/spunky attitude, and I also love Vanessa because she seems like she has a good head on her shoulders…To be honest, I was kind of hoping he would end up with Corinne because they kind of deserve each other, don’t they? HA! What do you think about this season?
