I am 26 weeks pregnant now, but I feel like I’m 32. Seriously. This baby feels a lot bigger than he actually is. Maybe it’s having my pregnancies so close together? I’m not sure, but this one has definitely been my toughest. I’ve been really sick again this week. I’m not sure if it is all the anxiety I’ve had lately or just the pregnancy making me so nauseous, but I’m hoping it passes very quickly.
This month, we are going on our last vacation as a family of 4, Hampton starts school and Ryan is traveling for work – a lot. In fact, he leaves tomorrow for his second trip this month. Yes, It’s only the 4th. He leaves us a third time on Monday with less than 24 hours in between trips. While I definitely have my routine down when he isn’t around, it still isn’t easy. We all miss him terribly when he is gone, and it makes certain parts of the day tough – like when I have a lot of work to get done, or the kids are extra fussy, or bath time. It makes the days seem longer, but it also makes us all appreciate him that much more. The sacrifices he makes for us and for others is unreal to me. Sure, it’s hard, but seeing him when he returns home makes it all worth it! Seeing my children light up when he wakes them in the morning is absolutely priceless. It makes my mama heart so happy.
I am definitely ready to get through these next two weeks and fast forward to our beach trip! I ordered Kortni Jeane maternity bottoms a few days ago – yes, they just launched their maternity bottoms that fit perfectly with all of their tops! I was beyond excited and the timing could not be more perfect! I can’t wait to wear them at the beach! So, that was this weeks awesome maternity find!
Also, this outfit from the #nsale is restocked and it is one of my favorites! This top is everything and will definitely be a staple for me this year. I wish I could buy it in every color, but you see those cute little cut-out booties and this amazing bag? Yeah, my bank account is kind of crying right now, but I am obsessed! I’ve been wanting a bag like this for a long long time and when I saw this one, I knew it was the one I had to have! Happy early birthday to me!
This pregnancy isn’t going by as fast right now, but that is really okay. As ready as I am to meet our little man and move into our new house, we have so much to do before then, like sell and buy a new (bigger) SUV and save as much money as possible between now and then.
I’m sorry this post was a little rambled today, but, hey, welcome to my head, lately! 😉
What 3-row SUVs do you recommend? Help!
