Happy Monday, friends! It’s been a while since I did a little life update, so I thought today would be appropriate after our big Easter weekend! Our weekends seem to be filling up these days. I can still remember when we looked forward to the weekends because we could rest, hang out with friends, catch up on cleaning, etc. Now, I feel like our weekends are busier than our weeks. Catch up on laundry? That’s a thing of the past. BUT… these little babes of mine make it all worth it! Our Easter weekend was no exception. We had so much going on, but it was all so good and honestly, I just feel so beyond blessed to get to spend my life with these babies and my best friend! It’s always good even when it’s not. You know what I mean?

Saturday was Hampton’s first t-ball game! He was so cute and I swear he shrunk by a foot when he stepped onto that field! They look so tiny and cute out there. My Hamp is going to be very into sports. He has a lot of athleticism in him and he loves it, so I will be there with my pom poms cheering for him all the way! He is also playing with two of his little buddies, so that makes it even more fun! Hamp hit the ball so well, we just have to work on actually running to the base after those hits. Yeah. That happened. Haha
Sophie will be three-years old in one month. My baby girl! I can definitely see our threenager on the horizon. Oh, goodness. That girl definitely keeps us on our toes at all times. We love how she keeps us laughing, though. She always provides endless entertainment and it’s hard not to smile at her. Even when she’s being a stinker.
Weston is a full-on toddler, now. He is into everything and thinks it is so funny when he makes a big mess. He is too cute to be mad at, so I just laugh with him. What else can you do?
We had a grand total of 7 easter egg hunts this year. So, if anyone needs easter candy, I’m your girl! Between church, family, school and our neighborhood, they were endless this year! We also had a great time celebrating with family and enjoyed school parties with little friends.
All in all, we are good, but like every family, life seems to be busier and busier these days. Now that our kids are starting sports (Sophie starts dance in the fall) we basically live in our car. However, we have fun doing it! That’s all that matters, right?
I hope you had a wonderful Easter weekend and hunted lots of eggs. If not, stop on by! 😉
