I am so excited to start talking about fall trends. I have a post coming up where I will share all of my favorite trends for this year (and my picks) in one place, but for today, I wanted to share my love for military jackets. Maybe it’s my southern roots, but I am sucker for all things camo, so the fact that military jackets and details are “in” this year has me all kinds of excited. This is a trend I will definitely be wearing this fall!
I love this camo jacket because it is not too thick and it is oversized which I love. There is something about an oversized fit that makes me mom bod super happy and comfortable. Moms, are you with me? Another trend I will be sharing more about soon is velvet. Give me all. the velvet. Remember when we were about 8 years old and had everything in velvet? Well, I loved it then and I am so happy it is back! I loved pairing this camo jacket with a velvet baseball cap for the perfect casual and trendy outfit. I wore this last week when it was still cool outside and I am anxiously waiting for those temps to drop again so I can break it out! This adorable hat is the perfect accessory for a dirty hair day or an “I just rolled out of bed and have 5 minutes to get ready” look like I’m sporting here. Ha, I kid…or am I?
