I have always loved to spend most of my time outdoors. We grew up in a house (that my family and I are currently living in) that has a huge back porch across the back of the house. We love to sit out there and swing year round and enjoy the beauty of God’s nature and the hilariously terrible golf swings of the golfers behind our year to hit their golf balls into our pool all too often (which is far right to where they should be hitting them). It started getting unseasonably warm in March this year. Some years it snows in April and others it is already in the 90’s. I feel like it has been summer here for a month now, and we have loved enjoying time outside watching the kids play. Today during snack time/ play time, I made a delicious batch of frozen pink lemonade. I was in the mood for something different than my usual water or sweet tea, so I got in the kitchen and went to work.
This recipe was a big hit with my mom, myself and the kids! Hampton especially, loved this recipe. I sprinkled leftover pink and yellow marshmallows that I forgot to set out for Sophie’s party and we all enjoyed a few of those as well. I think this was Sophie’s favorite! haha I found these adorable marshmallows at World Market a few weeks back and thought they were so adorable and perfect for a pink lemonade party.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2 cups of Water
- 3 cups of ice
- 3/4 cup of Cranberry Juice
- a pinch of salt
- 1 3/4 cups of lemon juice
Instructions
- Pour all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour it in a mason jar and enjoy this delicious frozen drink!
I guess it’s safe to say I have been in the frozen pink lemonade mood lately. I can’t imagine why. :/ I am looking forward to many more summer days with frozen goodies, poolside fun and time in the sun (protected with sunscreen, of course)!
What is your favorite frozen treat?

The drink sounds delicious, but I think I love those bottle more! They look like old-fashioned milk bottles. Where did you get those?
Logan Cantrell says
They are from Target! $1 aisle, but I think they were 2 for $3! I bought them a while back but have seen them again recently!
