The #bikiniseries is coming to an end. I can not believe how fast it went by. I hit some big milestones during these last 8 weeks including my weight goal and I have loved seeing everyone else meet theirs as well. I love checking in on my TIU Instagram every day and seeing everyone’s recipes and fitness goals. It is so encouraging and inspiring which is why I know I’ve had so much success with this program. It’s because of the wonderful community of women (and men?). So here is a look back on my Tone It Up Bikini Series 2014:

Wooo you did AMAZING!!! I started a few weeks late and thus was always kind of feeling a little bit behind during the series, but nonetheless I still LOVED it and have been so proud of my accomplishments post-baby!! 🙂 YAY for encouraging each other- it's my favorite part of the Tone It Up series, I think.

Love those Nikes! That's awesome that you hit your goal weight! Congrats! I started the #bikiniseries, but ended up having so many other fitness-related things going on (half marathon training, learning new workout routines for the classes I teach) that it was just too many things at once and I kinda dropped off. I've been following K&K's Twitter and Instagrams though and a few other bikini babes that are doing the series and it's so inspiring to see everyone's progress! I'm glad the series was so successful for you!!
