Father’s Day Gift Guide

May 30, 2014

Post contains affiliate links.
I always struggle with what to get my dad and father-in-law for Father’s day. Usually, I run out at the last minute and buy my dad his annual golf glove. I’d love to get him something a bit nicer this year to show him how much I really appreciate him. Women are so easy because you can buy them any piece of jewelry, accessories, etc. and they’re thrilled. Men are so much pickier. Thanks to my husband, Google, and Amazon, I’ve compiled a pretty decent list of options for the men in your life this Father’s Day.

For the Active Dad:
Golf Organizer
Golf Glove
Nike Running Shoes
Polar Watch
Sunglasses
Pay for a Golf Game

For the Outdoorsy Dad:
Garmin GPS Navigator
Fishing Rod and Reel
LED Lantern
GoPro Camera
LED Flashlight

For the Handyman Dad:
Drill/Driver Kit
Multi-Plier
Tool Kit

For the Tech-Savvy Dad:
Bluetooth Headset
Kindle Fire
Powertouch Electric Razor
Beats Headphones

For the New Dad:
A Practical Handbook For New Dads
Framed Photo of your Family for his office

For Every Dad:
Movie Tickets
Watch
Gift Card to his favorite store
Carry-on Bag
Belt
Cuff Links
Columbia Polo
Tie
Wallet
Gift Basket full of his favorite things (candy, movies, pictures, etc.)

What are you getting your dad for Father’s Day?

Why buy anything for Father's Day?
      Do You Appreciate Your Dad?
Showing Love Need Not lot of Money
In the current economy, with so many out of work, or not working full time, children, even adult children, are left wondering what to get dad for Fathers Day, or his birthday. Do you buy him a flowers ad tie, get him a nice card, take him out to, or fix him, a nice dinner, etc.? Mothers can be so much easier to get a gift for, but fathers are a more complicated species which is not often understood, so deciding on a gift can get complicated. http://www.blossomsquare.com

I have never thought about giving my dad a pair of shoes but I love the idea of giving him some new running tennis shoes!

Seriously, THANK YOU for this list. It's our first time to celebrate father's day for my husband, so I had no idea what to get him. This list is going to help a sister out. 😉

    Have a great weekend!

My Dad is easy to buy for but my husband? Impossible. Thanks for the suggestions. At least now, I have some ideas!

Great ideas! My husband never "needs" anything, so the movie ticket idea is great!

This is my husband's first father's day, and I've run out of gift ideas for my father. I love the sections and see some great ones for both of them!

Great post, my husband says he doesn't want anything for father's day but I might have to pick up a few things off this list anyway!

What a creative & great list! Coming up with gifts for my dad has always been a struggle. This list is going to come in handy. I guess I should probably start shopping now, I tend to put it off. 🙂

This is going to come in handy when I go gift shopping. My dad's a total golf guy, so I'll definitely be checking some of those products out!
