Hi there! It’s been a while since I last wrote a Fitness Friday post so I figured it was time. If you didn’t see on Insta, I beat my 5k time on Sunday! I’m still a bit slower than I’d like to be, but I’m feeling confident enough to finally run a 5k race. I’m not going to win, let’s be honest, but I have to start somewhere, right? So I’m going to be doing that in the next few weeks.
I’m heading to the beach today for my cousin’s Bachelorette trip! This tone it up booty workout has been my favorite and I have done it a couple of times in preparation for that swim suit. Anyone else dread wearing a bathing suit post-baby? Yes, I’m 5 pounds under my pre-pregnancy weight now (woo hoo), but I’m still dreading it. Anyways…this will make your booty burn for days!
