Ryan’s grandmother was supposed to bring us lunch today at 12pm and Ryan was going to try to get home around 11 to give me a chance to shower before she got here.
It had been a rough morning with baby. He was not happy and the only thing that would make him stop screaming was to nurse him but he had had more than enough to eat. I even have him a bottle to make sure he was getting enough.
At 11, I took him to his nursery to change his diaper. He had pooped. A lot. While I was changing him, he decided to pee all over me. I threw the clean diaper over him to catch it. After cleaning him up he started peeing again. All over me and himself. I grabbed a third diaper and threw it over him. I was a little late this time. He soaked his onesie and my nightgown. He started screaming and I started cleaning him up all while I’m also soaked in pee. Then the doorbell rang.
Ryan doesn’t ring the doorbell. Oh, crap! It’s his grandmother! She’s early. So I run to the door in my pee soaked nightgown and a half naked soaked baby who is screaming. Bless her heart.
Of course I was so embarrassed. I apologized for my appearance and told her what had just happened. She just laughed and helped me clean baby up and let me go clean myself too. All I could do was laugh and think this is my life now. Haha and I wouldn’t change it for anything in the world.
I love this sweet baby, pee and all! So how was your morning?

I don't have a baby but had a giggle at this. I am sure his grand-mother knows what you are going through and didn't need the apology.

I know you probably think I'm crazy or a little off but that is just too cute. I can't imagine what you were feeling in the middle of all that chaos! At least that sweet baby is cute so it was easily forgotten about!
