I’m linking up with two of my favorite girls again this week for Coffee and Conversation! This week’s topic of discussion: What is the most valuable lesson you have learned this year?
This hits so close to home for me. Through the ups and downs of the last few months, I have really struggled with my faith. One day I will feel so positive and the next day I will hit rock bottom. I haven’t been myself at all and it is definitely effecting the people closest to me. I hate that.
I know that God does not put us through trials we can not handle. Although my faith has been tested, it has also never been stronger than it is right now. God always has a plan. It may not be in your timing, but it always ends up being perfect timing in one way or another.
The lesson I have learned this year is never to let your faith waver. It is okay to lean on God and it is more than worth it to fully trust in Him. That is the only way anyone can truly get through the tough times. I’ve also learned that family is everything. Not that I haven’t known that, but the last couple of months, no one has been there like Ryan, my mom and sister, and my sweet friend, Brittany (who is more like a sister than a friend).
Thank you for reading my rambles! Now on to an exciting group giveaway from my friend, Ashley!

That is a great lesson…I know it is easier to say than to follow it sometimes, but I try to not to be impatient or doubtful just because I don't have a result that I like, right this instant.

Trust can be so hard. It is especially hard when you're trying to trust in God's timing. His timing is NOT our timing and that is frustrating for me!
