I used to blame my years of dance – where I literally lived in a bun or ponytail – for my hair-breakage and split-ends. Now I blame my mom-bun. Its funny how things change so much, but sort of stay the same. My hair is naturally wavy/curly/frizzy, but add in lots of southern sun and hair ties and you’ve got a full-on mess of a situation. It’s true (just see my before photo below). I have always had split ends, and after reading about the causes of them, it is no wonder!
