I don’t know about you, but every year when March rolls around I am so ready for warmer weather and all the spring fashion! This year is no exception. This past week was so warm and felt amazing outside (and of course it freezing again this week) and got me in the mood to find and share some great, affordable spring dresses today! With weddings, Easter and spring break right around the corner, I wanted to find some cute spring dresses that would be perfect for these events while remaining very budget friendly.
Happy Friday! I thought I would share my top five sellers from the past week and dive into some sales because there are some really great ones happening this weekend! This weekend, my dad is turning the big 6-0, so we are celebrating him and going to hopefully get some more stuff done for baby. We are only about 4 weeks away from meeting our little guy. I can not believe how fast it is sneaking up on me! That also means I have 5009348 posts to write for you guys over the next few weeks. I should probably get on that…
Hello, friends! I am so excited for today’s Amazon try on! As always, I will be uploading the try-on haul videos to my IG stories later today, so be sure to look out for those! All of the pieces I am sharing today are available for Prime shipping unless they are low in stock. Sometimes Amazon takes it off of Prime if they are low. I recommend checking back or looking at the ship date because I have ordered before and it got to me within a week even if it wasn’t available for prime shipping.
Tips for a Stress Free Morning for Moms is sponsored by The Hillshire Brands Company!
I don’t know about you, but mornings can get super stressful – especially if you’re a mom. Being responsible for yourself and (in my case) three little ones can seem daunting. Preparing 5 breakfasts, packing lunches, getting everyone dressed and out the door on time can be tough. Here are some of the things I do to have a stress free morning!
Happy Friday, friends! I have been looking forward to today all week because Ryan is coming back home! The kids and I are SO ready to see him after a very long week. There are some great spring shoes on sale this weekend, so I included my picks at the bottom of this post along with my outfits and top sellers from the week! This weekend, I am planning to catch up on some housework, going to a sweet friend’s baby shower and taking Hamp to his T-ball try-outs! We have so many fun and exciting things going on and I am ready to spend some much needed time with my family! I hope you guys have a great weekend!
Outfits from the Week:
Finding the right swimsuit after you have had kids can be tricky. That mom-pouch is a real thing and not something I am a fan of flaunting. I think that’s why I am always drawn to flowy tops and dresses. Finding good mom friendly swimsuits can be tricky, but I always look for good coverage (no one wants anything to pop out while chasing the kids around) and great tummy control! I have rounded up some great swimsuit options that are very mom friendly and still super cute! A lot of these are even on sale or available on Amazon prime! Now is a great time to grab a few swimsuits for spring break because it is right around the corner!
Some of these have been on sale the last few days, so definitely check out the discount codes on each retailer’s websites. Also, I typically size up one in swimwear (just as a helpful hint to you). I snagged this swimsuit for me and this matching one for Sophie a couple of weeks ago and it is GREAT quality and meets all of my mom-friendly requirements. It has full booty coverage, sucks you in, has padding and I love the one-shoulder style! I also love this one that is under $40! Clearly I have a thing for the one-shoulder style. Here are over 50 mom friendly swimsuits!
Confession time: I am very stubborn and strong-willed. I shouldn’t be a bit surprised that my children share these qualities. I am definitely paying for my raising. (ha) When the bible talks about the relationship a wife should have with her husband, two words come up many times: respect and submit. You can imagine I struggle to submit to anything. I mean, I can argue with a brick wall – very rarely do I ever back down or “submit” to anything or anyone. Submission is not a pleasant thought for me, but it is commanded and therefore something I am constantly reminding myself to do, even when it is killing me on the inside. (haha) Respect, however, is entirely different. I easily look up to and respect my husband. He is a very easy person to respect, so I guess I have it pretty good, but regardless we are told as wives to respect our husbands. I am constantly trying to find ways to do this and will get into that below, but I would love to know what you do to respect your husband?
I was hit with some kind of sickness this week… a really bad cold or something, so I kept my OOTDs pretty casual and comfortable. Honestly, that’s kind of what I am drawn to more and more at this stage of pregnancy. Give me all of the comfortable things! I shared a ton of affordable pieces this week and a lot of it is even available on Amazon Prime! I can’t believe all of the gems I have been finding there. And it is so convenient and you get it so fast which is awesome!
Here are some of my OOTDs from the week…

Valentine’s Day is THIS WEEK, y’all! I rounded up some of my favorite gift ideas for the entire family that are all available with prime shipping! Ryan and I don’t really do gifts on Valentine’s Day, but I feel like if we did, we would keep it pretty low key, so I tried to find things that are very budget friendly, but still make really great gifts! Some of these I have and love and others are on my personal wish list! Also, if you have a pregnant wifey or galentine this year, go ahead and buy her this. She will love you forever, trust me! Be sure to order your Valentine’s day gifts by EOD tomorrow to get them in time for the big day!
