Hi friends! The have been a little slow around here today. My little man (Weston) has been throwing up, and Sophie is still not feeling 100%, so we have enjoyed laying around a little bit this afternoon since we got home from school. I intended to get this post up this morning, but it just didn’t happen, so I am a little late with it today, but better late than never, right? So, here is a look back at some of my April outfits…

There are so many spring trends that I am loving this year. Aside from the typical floral prints (which I am a fan of) there are a few new ones that I am all about! If you follow us on Instagram, you’ve probably seen some of these already.
I get so excited when I find a good dupe for a designer bag that I love. I am not one to drop several hundred $$$ on a bag. I’d rather make an extra car payment than do that. So, when I found this dupe for the Clare V. bag that I have been loving for the last 2 years, I knew I had to have it. Straw bags are all the rage and this one is only $48 and by a GREAT (and one of my favorite) brands. That makes it a dream come true. When it’s a brand you love and trust and they make the perfect dupe? Snag it up! I had a similar straw tote bag from the same retailer last year and absolutely wore it to death. I still wear it occasionally and it held up great considering I wore it nearly every day during the spring and summer. Straw bags are such a great spring and summer staple and a big trend again this year. They are everywhere, but here are a few that won’t break the bank.

After recently talking to my cousin and a couple of friends, I have realized how much of a struggle it is to find good, mom friendly swimsuits these days. So many swimsuits that popular retailers are making are not padded or offer little to no support. They are also very unflattering or cut funny and definitely not designed for a postpartum or “mom-bod”. Not that a “mom-bod” is a bad thing, but I think we can all agree that our bodies don’t ever really go back to how they were before. Not completely, anyway. They are forever changed – and for a good reason. You housed and nourished a human being for 9 months. That is no small feat.
It’s time for another top ten! Is it just me or have the months been flying by this year? Before we know it, our kids will be out of school and we will be sailing through summer vacations and activities. I am ready for it, though. Is anyone else over making school lunches and drop offs? I am so looking forward to a summer full of fun with my people! Anyways… Here are a few of my top sellers from March. Easter is nearly a week away, so if you haven’t ordered your easter dress yet, you definitely need to. Like, today! I ordered a few dresses to try on for you guys and shot some videos (check out my Insta-stories) and took these photos to share them with y’all! They are all so beautiful and I feel like these photos don’t do them justice. They are all so feminine and beautiful. I think these dresses would work for Easter, weddings, baby showers, church, and graduations! They are perfect dresses to carry you through spring and summer. I think any one of these would make a perfect easter dress!
This week has been so crazy and boy, am I happy to see Friday! Not only is it the weekend, it is our spring break! The kids have a whole week off which may make it little hectic around here, but I am excited to not have to go anywhere first thing in the morning for a few days. Does that make me lazy? haha It’s the little things in life…
If you follow me on Instagram, you probably already know, but my little Hamp broke his foot on Monday. He was so bummed because h just started t-ball. Luckily he may only have to wear a cast for 2 weeks. We are hoping he can get it off then so he doesn’t miss too much. It is so hard to believe we are less than a month away from Easter! One of my favorite traditions in to buy new Easter dresses for Sophie and myself. I don’t do it every year, but I enjoy picking out my babies’ outfits and occasionally a dress for myself. I like to find a dress that I can wear all spring and summer so that I can get a lot of wear out of it. I have been searching through tons of retailers and have picked some of my favorite Easter dresses at all price points.
