I have been needing a new shoulder purse so bad! They are perfect for traveling and so easy to carry. They free up your arms making them really convenient. This lavender purse is so adorable and it’s the perfect size. Not too big, not too small! The teal floral shorts are so comfortable and I love the bright colors. They are perfect for the summer months. I love fun shorts.

Speaking of traveling, Ryan and I are on our way home from Chicago probably as you’re reading this. We came here on Wednesday and have been here for a conference, but we came a little early so that we would have plenty of extra time to explore the city. We have had so much fun and I can’t wait to tell you all about our trip next week! I’ll also include a photo of where I am writing this post because I’m swooning. Two words: window seat. Folks, we have entered the big leagues. Hampton has started scooting everywhere. He can get to another room in a heartbeat, now. In the past week since he started this new trick, he has broken two household items, chewed up my computer cord (no, this isn’t our dog, it’s our child) and has attempted to stick his fingers in the outlet. No worries, we have covered the outlets. Needless to say, he is wide open and nothing is safe.

I’ve been spending most of my time chasing him around the house and so this has basically been my attire, when I actually change out of my yoga pants. I’m obsessed with Keds, so I’m pretty happy they have made a comeback. How about this purse that I scored while shoe shopping at DSW the other day? I’m in love. It’s big enough to fit all of my stuff and even throw Hampton’s things in there if I don’t feel like dragging the diaper bag around – which I usually don’t. I’m always on the look out for cute totes, so this was a great score for me.
